On Domestic and Rest of World Orders USPS standard method and DHL express method can take (USPS - from 3 – 5 working days) (DHL - from 1 – 3 working days)  to arrive after shipment leaves our facilities (PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE MAJOR DELAYS THIS YEAR BY THE POSTAL SERVICE AND OTHER CARRIERS, WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY TIMES).

USPS / DHL Ground delivery varies by zone.
The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages.

If your order is damaged or lost during shipment, we will replace it at no cost to you. However, if something happens during shipment because you provided the wrong information to Stride Crafter, we cannot replace your order. We also cannot replace it if someone other than you signs for it, or if no signature at all is provided upon delivery.
