§ 1 Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Harmog Leather d.o.o. online shop.

§ 3 Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded when you submit your order and we accept it by sending an order confirmation via email.

§ 4 Prices and Payment

All prices include the statutory value-added tax. Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.

§ 5 Delivery

Please refer to our shipping information page for delivery times and costs. We deliver to Germany and other EU countries.

§ 6 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details.

§ 7 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. In case of defects, please contact our customer service.

§ 8 Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

§ 9 Applicable Law

The law of the Republic of Croatia applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

§ 10 Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and unwilling to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
