When can I expect my delivery?

The delivery service provider GLS Croatia d.o.o. delivers shipments exclusively on working days, from Monday to Friday (Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and national holidays are not considered working days) within the time specified by the carrier's General Terms and Conditions or other internal carrier documents. As a rule, all sent packages are delivered within 24 hours (1 working day) to 48 hours (2 working days) from the day the package is picked up by the delivery service provider's employees.

Furthermore, delivery times for ordered available goods to some Croatian islands are not subject to the 24-hour delivery time from the day the package is picked up by employees of GLS Croatia d.o.o. and vary from island to island. Delivery price?

For the Republic of Croatia, delivery costs 5€. Only one delivery fee is charged, regardless of the number of products ordered.

 

Where is my order?

Harmog Leather d.o.o. delivers all ordered goods using the services of the transport company GLS Croatia d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the delivery service provider) every working day from Monday to Friday (Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and national holidays are not considered working days).

The data required for using the Track&Trace service will be sent to the customer via SMS by the delivery service provider before delivery, confirming the dispatch of the goods and the estimated delivery time. The customer can also independently contact GLS - the delivery service provider if they wish to obtain specific information about the sent goods or if they wish to change the delivery address or change the delivery time or arrange other specific details by phone: 01 2042 672 or by e-mail: cs@gls-croatia.com or via the web contact form. The regular working hours of GLS customer service are from Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 18:00.

 

Countries to which we ship products

Products purchased in the Harmog Leather d.o.o. online store are delivered within the Republic of Croatia.

 

Packaging

Products will be packaged so that they cannot be damaged by normal handling during transport. Upon receiving the product, the customer is obliged to check for any damage and immediately report it to the delivery person who delivered the goods, or refuse to accept the shipment if external damage is visible. Upon receipt of the goods, the customer is obliged to sign the dispatch note or delivery note, which the delivery service takes as confirmation of receipt.

*Regular conditions imply proper functioning of the operating system, orderly and regular delivery from suppliers, regular processing of goods in the warehouse, usual conditions for transport and delivery of goods. The mentioned operations are subject to manual processing and control, but some extraordinary situations that we cannot influence are possible, which may lead to delays in shipment delivery. Harmog Leather d.o.o. customer service will strive to timely inform each customer, upon their request, about possible delays in shipment delivery. If delivery takes longer than the time stated on our website, Harmog – craft for production is not responsible for the delay in order delivery.
