CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?

HOW CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

WHEN CAN I EXPECT THE NEW PRODUCT?
- We only send the new product after receiving the returned product and verifying that the returned product is unworn and undamaged.
- The product must be returned in its undamaged original packaging.
HOW MUCH IS THE POSTAGE?
- When returning an ordered item, the customer bears the cost of return shipping. We will not accept shipments for which delivery costs have not been paid.
- The postage for resending is 25.00 HRK, which is also borne by the customer.
