Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return or exchange it under the following conditions.

Return Conditions

• Returns within 14 days of receipt of goods
• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Please include your order number

Exceptions

Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

How Returns Work

1. Send us an email at hrmogleather@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will confirm your return and send you the return address
3. Safely package and send the product back to us
4. Upon receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days

Return Shipping Costs

The buyer bears the cost of return shipping, except in the case of defective goods.
