Delivery Countries

We deliver to Germany and all EU countries.

Delivery Times

Delivery time to Germany is usually 5–8 business days from receipt of payment. For personalized or custom-made products, the delivery time may be longer – we will inform you by email in this case.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on the order value and delivery country. For orders over [AMOUNT] €, we deliver free of charge within Germany.

Shipping Carrier

We ship with DHL, DPD or an equivalent shipping carrier. You will receive an email with your tracking number after dispatch.

Tracking

Since we ship within the EU, no additional customs duties apply.
