Delivery Information

When can I expect my shipment?

The service provider GLS Croatia d.o.o.
delivers shipments exclusively on working days, from Monday to
Friday (Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and national holidays are not considered working
days) within the time specified by the carrier's General Terms and Conditions
or other internal documents of the carrier. As a rule,
all sent packages are delivered within 24 hours (1 working day) to 48 hours
(2 working days) from the day the package is picked up by the delivery service provider's
employee.

Furthermore, delivery times for ordered available goods for some Croatian
islands do not adhere to the 24-hour delivery time from the day the package is picked up

For the Republic of Croatia, delivery costs €5. Only one delivery charge is applied, regardless of the number of products ordered.

using the services of the carrier GLS Croatia d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as
the delivery service provider) every working day from Monday to
Friday (Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and national holidays are not considered working
days).

The data required for using the Track&Trace service will be
sent to the customer via SMS by the delivery service provider
before delivery, confirming the dispatch of the goods and the approximate delivery time.
Additionally, the customer can independently contact GLS – the delivery service
provider if they wish to obtain specific information about
the sent goods or if they wish to change the delivery address or
change the delivery time or arrange any other specifics
by phone: 01 2042 672 or by e-mail:
cs@gls-croatia.com. The operating hours for GLS customer service are from
Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 18:00.

Packaging

Products
will be packaged so that they cannot be damaged by normal handling during transport.
The customer is obliged to check for any damage upon receipt of the product
and immediately report it to the delivery person who
delivered the goods, or refuse to accept the shipment if visible external damage is present.
The customer is obliged to sign the dispatch note or delivery note upon receipt of the goods,
and the delivery service takes this as confirmation of receipt.

*Normal conditions imply the correct operation of the operating system, timely
and regular delivery from suppliers, regular processing of goods in the warehouse,
and usual conditions for transport and delivery of goods. The mentioned operations
are subject to manual processing and control, but some extraordinary situations that we
cannot influence are possible, which may lead to delays in
shipment delivery. Harmog Leather d.o.o. customer service will
endeavor to timely inform every customer upon their request about possible
delays in shipment delivery. If delivery takes longer than the time
indicated on our website, Harmog Leather d.o.o.
is not responsible for the delay in order delivery.
