Shipping Information
When can I expect my delivery?
The delivery service provider GLS Croatia d.o.o.
delivers packages exclusively on working days, from Monday to
Friday (Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and national holidays are not counted as working
days) within the time frame determined by the General Terms and Conditions
of the carrier or other internal documents of the carrier. As a rule,
all sent packages are delivered within 24 hours (1 working day) to 48 hours
(2 working days) from the day the package is picked up by the delivery service provider's employees.
Furthermore, the delivery times for ordered available goods for some Croatian islands are not subject to the 24-hour delivery time from the day the package is picked up by GLS Croatia d.o.o. employees and vary from island to island. Delivery price?
For the Republic of Croatia, delivery costs €5. Only one delivery fee is charged, regardless of the number of products ordered.

Harmog Leather d.o.o. delivers all ordered goods
using the services of the carrier company GLS Croatia d.o.o. (hereinafter
the delivery service provider) every working day from Monday to
Friday (Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and national holidays are not counted as working
days).
The information required to use the Track&Trace service will be
sent to the customer by SMS by the delivery service provider before
delivery, confirming the dispatch of goods and the estimated delivery time.
Customers can also independently contact GLS - the delivery service
provider if they wish to obtain specific information about the
sent goods or if they wish to change the delivery address or
change the delivery time or arrange other specifics
by phone: 01 2042 672 or by e-mail:
cs@gls-croatia.com. The GLS customer service operating hours are
Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 18:00.

Products purchased in the Harmog Leather d.o.o. online store are delivered within the Republic of Croatia.
Packaging
Products
will be packaged so that they cannot be damaged by usual handling during transport.
The customer is obliged to check for any damage upon receipt of the product
and immediately report it to the delivery agent who
delivered the goods, or refuse to accept the shipment if external damage is visible.
The customer is obliged to sign the delivery note or waybill upon receipt of the goods,
and the delivery service takes it as confirmation of receipt.
*Regular conditions imply correct operation of the operating system, orderly
and regular delivery from suppliers, regular processing of goods in the warehouse,
usual conditions for transport and delivery of goods. The mentioned operations
are subject to manual processing and control, but some extraordinary situations that
we cannot influence are possible, which may lead to delays in
delivery of shipments. Harmog Leather d.o.o. customer service will
endeavor to timely inform every customer upon their request about a possible
delay in the delivery of shipments. If delivery takes longer than the time
indicated on our website, Harmog Leather d.o.o.
is not responsible for delays in order delivery.
