The GRAND DUKE owes its premium look to Italian calf leather and its realistically exotic alligator grain finish. The matte finish with its characteristic two-tone effect helps to emphasize its harmonious impact. Also, the strong, dynamic design of this leather strap adds a touch of sporty style combined with timelessness. In addition to its magnificent design, the strap is waterproof to a depth of 100 meters. The comfortable HIRSCH Diving Glove leather lining makes the GRAND DUKE a very comfortable strap to wear on the wrist.

Delivery Information
When can I expect my delivery?
The delivery service provider GLS Croatia d.o.o.
delivers shipments exclusively on working days, from Monday to
Friday (Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and national holidays are not counted as working
days) within the timeframe specified by the carrier's General Terms and Conditions
or other internal documents of the carrier. As a rule,
all sent packages are delivered within 24 hours (1 working day) to 48 hours
(2 working days) from the day the package is picked up by the
delivery service provider's employees.
Furthermore, delivery times for ordered available goods to some of the Croatian
islands are not subject to the 24-hour delivery time from the day the package
is picked up by GLS Croatia d.o.o. employees, and vary from island to island. For a detailed delivery schedule to the islands, please see the Delivery to Islands page.
Delivery price?
For the Republic of Croatia, delivery costs €5. Only one delivery fee is charged, regardless of the number of products ordered.

using the services of the carrier company GLS Croatia d.o.o. (hereinafter
the delivery service provider) every working day from Monday to
Friday (Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and national holidays are not counted as working
days).
The data required to use the Track&Trace service will be
sent to the customer by SMS by the delivery service provider
before delivery, confirming the dispatch of the goods and the estimated
delivery time. The customer can also independently contact GLS – the
delivery service provider if they wish to obtain certain information about
the sent goods or if they wish to change the delivery address or
change the delivery time or arrange other specifics
by phone: 01 2042 672 or by e-mail:
cs@gls-croatia.com. GLS customer service hours are from
Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 18:00.

Packaging
Products
will be packaged so that they cannot be damaged by usual handling during transport.
The customer is obliged to check for any damage upon receipt of the product
and immediately report it to the delivery employee who
delivered the goods, or refuse to accept the shipment if external damage is visible.
The customer is obliged to sign the delivery note or waybill upon receipt of the goods, and the delivery service takes it as confirmation of receipt.
*Regular conditions imply correct operation of the operating system, orderly
and regular delivery from suppliers, regular processing of goods in the warehouse,
usual conditions for transport and delivery of goods. The mentioned operations
are subject to manual processing and control, but some extraordinary situations that
we cannot influence are possible, which may lead to delays in
shipment delivery. Harmog Leather d.o.o. customer service will
endeavor to timely inform every customer upon their request about a possible
delay in shipment delivery. If delivery takes longer than the time
stated on our website, Harmog Leather d.o.o.
is not responsible for the delay in order delivery.
