Shipping Information
When can I expect my delivery?
The delivery service provider GLS Croatia d.o.o.
delivers parcels exclusively on working days, from Monday to
Friday (Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays are not counted as working
days) within the time specified by the carrier's General Terms and Conditions
or other internal carrier documents. As a rule, all sent parcels are delivered within 24 hours (1 working day) to 48 hours
(2 working days) from the day the parcel is picked up by the delivery service provider's employee.
Furthermore, delivery times for ordered available goods to some Croatian
islands are not subject to the 24-hour delivery time from the day the parcel is picked up
by GLS Croatia d.o.o. employees and vary from island to island. For a detailed delivery schedule to the islands, please see the Delivery to Islands page.
Delivery price?
For the Republic of Croatia, delivery costs €5. Only one delivery fee is charged, regardless of the number of products ordered.

using the services of the carrier company GLS Croatia d.o.o. (hereinafter
the delivery service provider) every working day from Monday to
Friday (Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays are not counted as working
days).
The data required for using the Track&Trace service will be sent to the customer
via SMS by the delivery service provider before
delivery, confirming the dispatch of goods and an estimated delivery time. The customer can also independently contact GLS – the delivery
service provider if they wish to obtain specific information about
the dispatched goods or if they wish to change the delivery address or
change the delivery time or arrange other specific details
via phone: 01 2042 672 or via e-mail address:
cs@gls-croatia.com. The operating hours of the GLS customer service are from
Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 18:00.

Products purchased in the Harmog Leather d.o.o. online store are delivered within the Republic of Croatia.
Packaging
Products
will be packaged so that they cannot be damaged by usual handling during transport.
The customer is obliged to check for any damage upon receipt of the product
and immediately report it to the delivery employee who
delivered the goods, or refuse to accept a shipment with visible
external damage. The customer is obliged to sign the
delivery note or waybill upon receipt of the goods, and the delivery service accepts it as confirmation of
receipt.
*Normal conditions imply the correct functioning of the operating system, proper
and regular delivery from suppliers, regular processing of goods in the warehouse,
usual conditions for transport and delivery of goods. The mentioned operations
are subject to manual processing and control, but some extraordinary situations that
we cannot influence are possible, which may lead to delays in
parcel delivery. Harmog Leather d.o.o. customer service will
endeavour to timely inform every customer upon their request about possible
delays in parcel delivery. If delivery takes longer than the time
stated on our website, Harmog Leather d.o.o.
is not responsible for delays in order delivery.
