Delivery Information

When can I expect my delivery?

The service provider GLS Croatia d.o.o.
delivers shipments exclusively on working days, from Monday to
Friday (Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and public holidays are not counted as working
days) within the time stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions
of the carrier or other internal documents of the carrier. As a rule,
all dispatched packages are delivered within 24 hours (1 working day) to 48 hours
(2 working days) from the day the package is picked up by the delivery service
provider's employee.

Furthermore, delivery times for ordered available goods to some Croatian
islands do not fall under the 24-hour delivery period from the day the package

For the Republic of Croatia, delivery costs €5. Only one delivery charge applies, regardless of the number of products ordered.

using the services of the carrier GLS Croatia d.o.o. (hereinafter the
delivery service provider) every working day from Monday to
Friday (Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and public holidays are not counted as working
days).

The data required for using the Track&Trace service will be
sent to the customer via SMS by the delivery service provider
before delivery, confirming the dispatch of the goods and the approximate delivery time.
The customer can also independently contact GLS – the delivery service
provider if they wish to obtain specific information about the
dispatched goods or if they wish to change the delivery address or
change the delivery time or arrange other specific details

cs@gls-croatia.com. GLS customer service operating hours are
Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 18:00.

Products purchased in the Harmog Leather d.o.o. online store are delivered within the Republic of Croatia.

Packaging

Products
will be packaged so that they cannot be damaged by usual handling during transport.
Upon receipt of the product, the customer is obliged to check for
any damage and immediately report it to the delivery person who
delivered the goods, i.e., refuse to accept a shipment with visible
external damage. Upon receipt of the goods, the customer is obliged to sign
the dispatch note or delivery note, which the delivery service takes as confirmation of
receipt.

*Regular conditions imply the proper functioning of the operating system, smooth
and regular delivery from suppliers, regular processing of goods in the warehouse,
and usual conditions for transport and delivery of goods. The mentioned operations
are subject to manual processing and control, but some extraordinary situations that we
cannot influence are possible, which may lead to delays in
delivery of shipments. Harmog Leather d.o.o. customer service will
endeavor to timely inform each customer, upon their request, about possible
delays in the delivery of shipments. If delivery takes longer than the time
stated on our website, Harmog Leather d.o.o.
is not responsible for delays in order delivery.
