Shipping Information

When can I expect my delivery?

The service provider GLS Croatia d.o.o.
delivers parcels exclusively on working days, from Monday to
Friday (Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and public holidays are not counted as working
days) within the timeframe established by the General Terms and Conditions
of the carrier or other internal documents of the carrier. As a rule,
all dispatched packages are delivered within 24 hours (1 working day) to 48 hours
(2 working days) from the day the package is picked up by the
delivery service provider's employee.

Furthermore, delivery times for ordered available goods to some Croatian
islands are not subject to the 24-hour delivery time from the day the package is picked up

For the Republic of Croatia, delivery costs €5. Only one delivery charge applies, regardless of the number of products ordered.

Harmog Leather d.o.o. delivers all ordered goods
using the services of the carrier company GLS Croatia d.o.o. (hereinafter
referred to as the delivery service provider) every working day from Monday to
Friday (Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and public holidays are not counted as working
days).

Information required for using the Track&Trace service will be
sent to the customer via SMS by the delivery service provider prior to
delivery, confirming the dispatch of goods and estimated delivery time.
Additionally, the customer can independently contact GLS – the delivery
service provider if they wish to obtain specific information about the
dispatched goods or if they wish to change the delivery address or
change the delivery time or arrange any other specific details, by
phone: 01 2042 672 or by e-mail:
cs@gls-croatia.com. GLS customer service hours are from
Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 18:00.

We deliver products purchased in the Harmog Leather d.o.o. online store within the Republic of Croatia.

Packaging

Products
will be packed in such a way that they cannot be damaged by normal handling during transport.
The buyer is obliged to check for any damage upon receipt of the product
and immediately report it to the delivery person who
delivered the goods, or refuse to accept the shipment if visible
external damage is present. The buyer is obliged to sign the
delivery note or waybill upon receipt of the goods, and the delivery service takes it as confirmation of
receipt.

*Normal conditions imply correct operation of the operating system, proper
and regular delivery from suppliers, regular processing of goods in the warehouse,
and usual conditions for transport and delivery of goods. The mentioned operations
are subject to manual processing and control, but some extraordinary situations that
we cannot influence are possible, which may lead to delays in
delivery of shipments. Harmog Leather d.o.o. customer service will
endeavor to timely inform every customer upon their request about possible
delays in shipment delivery. If delivery takes longer than the time
stated on our website, Harmog Leather d.o.o.
is not responsible for delayed delivery of the order.
